THese tips have a very soft leather and despite pressing and burnishing they will not hold shape and mushroom like crazy. They also wil flatten out in th e center drasticly affecting english capabilities. As a matter of fact when putting doing an english shot the flat spot will become lopsided leaving your tip with an angled center surface. Also the threaded stud is often not square to the plastic surface and thread on crooked. I do not recommend these tips to anyone who does not want to re-shape and burnish between games!!!!

For the price, this tip is awesome. I use house cues that are of pretty low quality, and when I have party' s I let people play with them since people usually don't know how to play well. I bought a few of theses and they install crazy easy and seem to solid tips.

I relize scew in tips are not great because only cheap cues come with screw in tips but one off the tips was not on sqaure, I wish elk master would put there soft tip on a scew in tip so If you have a cheap cue at least you could put a good tip on it.
