Every item that we sell is covered under our 100% Customer Satisfaction policy whether it has been used or not. That is correct!! We allow you to try our products and return them for a full refund if you are unhappy for any reason.  

Customers will be responsible all shipping charges to return any item(s) including any shipping cost that were incurred sending out your original order unless we shipped an incorrect or damaged item.  In addition, if there were any customizations done on a cue such as tip change or engraving we cannot refund the cost of those services.
