The Harrows Black ICE Arctic Soft Tip Darts feature Black Titanium Nitride that has been applied to the barrels using a Vapour Deposition Process (V.D.P), which impregnates the tungsten with a tough non slip coating. I bought these after owning a steel tip set of the same make. Great feel and sturdy flights. Would recommend to anyone that loves to throw a well made dart.
