We at Ozone Billiards believe in up-front pricing; however, many of our competitors hide their mark-ups in their shipping and handling charges.  As a result, our low price guarantee is based on the total purchase price.  If you should find a lower price, including the shipping and handling charges, on a legitimate United States competitor’s website for an identical item to one we stock, we will match the price.  Please email us at sales@ozonebilliards.com with a link to the page where you found the lower price.

We also accept checks and money orders, but please be advised that this will delay shipment of your product. If you send a check, we must wait for the check to clear our bank, which usually takes about 5 weeks. If you send a money order, we can ship the product as soon as we receive the money order. If you would rather not wait, you can sign up for an account with PayPal, which can withdraw funds directly from your checking account, as well as provide purchasing protection.

Shipping Info

Ozone Billiards will ship any order over $50.00 using FREE ground service within the contiguous 48 states. We use FedEx, UPS, USPS, and truck freight, depending on your location and the products that you are ordering. If your order is less than $50.00, or you are having your order shipped outside the contiguous 48 states, or you wish to expedite your shipping, you can calculate your actual shipping cost by placing the desired items in the shopping cart and filling in the "ship to" information. Then press continue and you will be able to see your shipping costs.

You can expect to receive your order within 5-7 business days after the order ships with standard FedEx, UPS, or USPS shipping.

Returns

We want to make sure that your experience with Ozone Billiards is the best, and that is why we provide a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, at any time, you may return it to us for a refund or exchange. This includes pool cues that have been chalked, which you will find is not offered by any of our competition.

In order to return a product, please email our returns department at info@ozonebilliards.com (please be sure to include your contact information and reason for returning the product.)

Once we receive your request, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for you to reference on your return shipment.

Customers will be responsible for all shipping charges to return any items, including any shipping costs that were incurred sending out your order, unless we shipped an incorrect or damaged item. In addition, if there were any customizations done on a product, such as a tip change or engraving, we cannot refund the cost of those services.
