This Joe Porper Portable Cue Holder protects 4 cues from getting knocked over or even worse, "borrowed" with Joe Porper's Portable Cue Racks. Just clamp this handy cue holder onto a table and slip cues into molded plastic cue clips that are sturdy, but soft, with no sharp edges to scratch or mar valuable cues. Clips are attached to a plastic base that rotates on an adjustable, extra large 2" clamp. A large thumb screw makes it easy to install in just seconds. Clips rotate into a vertical position so the cue holder fits right in the storage pouch of a Joe Porper cue case. Rotate the clips back and they click into place to hold your cues.

Does it's job
By Al from , on March 24, 2014
It does what it is suppose to do, but I over tighten it just a smidgen when moving to a new table and it snapped right in half at the bolt hole. I was able to use apoxy to put it back together, but the apparent ease that it snapped with so little pressure concerned me a little.

I also have a 6 clip holder, same type and model, and neither have broken since but I am much more concuss of it when putting them on the table.

I wish there was a way to attach this on tables that have a bigger front face thickness then they do underlip.

I would recommend this item to a friend.

Not good
By Dr. Kenneth H. Balliet from Williamsport, PA on November 17, 2013
One holder is so large, nothing will stay in it. Another is loose with a cue. The other 2 are fine.

convenient just about anywhere
By mike from buffalo, ny on September 16, 2013
if you have a cue worth protecting I would recommend. much sturdier than the indentations on the chairs by the tables in pool halls or leaning against a wall. I had a stick knocked over and lost my tip and ferrule.

I would recommend this item to a friend.

Nice holder
By J_K_M_A_N from Minneapolis, MN on September 10, 2013
Works very well. I like how it holds the cues tight. I actually wish it was a little tighter because the tables I use it on are higher. Just don't let someone over tighten the clamp. It will break. That was the reason for this purchase.

I would recommend this item to a friend.

Very happy with purchase
By Kevin Hartke from St. Louis, MO. on June 26, 2013
Very satisfied with product and price. Clamps securely to any table. holds cues very well. Clips are soft and flexible, so it even works on shorter bar tables. Works best on taller pub tables. Researched a lot of others and read all the reviews, this seemed to fit my needs best and it does.

I would recommend this item to a friend.

Works great to hold my cues
By Mark from JFK, NY on June 13, 2013
Excellent idea; works out well to hold my cues...better than leaning on a chair, helps me keep track of them too.

perfect for my use
By John Burrows from Gaffney, South Carolina on May 9, 2013
I tend to have 2 or 3 cues with me when I go out to play, so this 4 cue holder is perfect for my use. Solidly built and works well with different thickness tables.

The best I've found
By Tracey from McHenry, IL on January 15, 2013
I love this cue holder. It actually holds the cues in place instead of just having a place for them to rest and get knocked down. Since it rotates, It also fits nicely in the front pouch of my case.

I would recommend this item to a friend.

Excellent Product
By Robert from Cincinnati, Ohio on December 26, 2012
This item does just what it's supposed to. It works very well when clamped to a bar-height pub table. It holds up to four cues very securely. In addition, the clamps are soft so as to not cause any problems with dents or dings in your shafts. Highly recommended.

I would recommend this item to a friend.

Good Product, reasonably priced
By Harro from Poughkeepsie, NY on December 26, 2012
Good product. One caveat which kept it from being a 5-star rating: The whole thing is plastic except for one metal screw. While the wing nut and the large screw to attach to a table are big and solid, it would have been nice to see them made of metal (i.e. and a metal sleeve in the clamp piece). Holds cues well, now I don't have to worry about my clumsy team-mates knocking our sticks around anymore.

wanted one for a long time

Portable cue holder
By Gwen from Alabama on September 26, 2012
Works great, is light weight, folds up to a nice to smaller size than other cue holders I have purchased. Screws onto the table and keeps my cues from falling if the table is bumped.

Good discription says what it is.
By Michael from Caloundra Australia on July 6, 2012
This product is excellent, durable clamp easily taken apart for travel or storage. Fits long pocket on my ozone cue case. Adjust well to most tables and secures cues well and without shaft damage. Easy to replace cue clamps with a simple screwdriver. Four stars due to fixture screw seems susceptible to over tighten, and perhaps tread strip. Overall a great product ****stars recommend .

Works excellent but I wish I could find a table big enough sometimes so its not holding close to the butt of the stick.

Fits great on any Surface. . .
By Brandon from Tampa, FL on January 23, 2012
This holder has saved my expensive sticks many falls and possible damage. It fits great on any surface or table. I recommend this to all players with a nice stick you want to keep save while playing.

Great!!!

Nice so that your cue stick does not go flying if someone touches it.

As descibed.
By Dave from Hershey, PA on January 17, 2012
Very well made. Works well when able to attach at a height where the narrower part of the shaft of a cue can fit in the holder clips. The QClip Portable Cue Holder for 4 Cues may be a better option (also with limitations) if needed to attach at a lower position where the thicker part of the shaft can only be place in the holder.

I would recommend this item to a friend.

Works Amazingly
By RJ from Radford, VA on January 10, 2012

No More Cue Sticks Falling on the Floor!

Reduces dropped cues
By John M. Harlach from Middleburg Hts, Ohio on July 23, 2011
Taking a cue into a"local establishment" always presents an opportnity to drop and damage a rather expensive piece of pool equipment. This cue holder is easy to store and will set up on most surfaces.

I would recommend this item to a friend.

pretty cheap

It's like having a spare tire - you NEED one!
By Evan from Somerset, NJ on June 19, 2011
Works great on any table or shelf without a lip or overhang. Unlike the "other" holders, the clips secure the cues, and are large enough so there's no maintained pressure on the shafts.

This JUST FITS in the pouch of my case. A minor improvement would be if it were a little thinner/smaller. Some guys clamp it to the strap/ handle of their case for carrying...

I would recommend this item to a friend.

Secure and stable cue solution
By Greg from , on April 25, 2011
There is just enough tension to keep four cues secure and still be ready to grab and get to the table. It is a perfect fit in my carrying case pocket and is easy to set up and use.

I would recommend this item to a friend.

Great investment, protect your cues
By Jason from Scotia, NY on March 11, 2011
I shoot with a fairly expensive Meucci cue so that last this I want to do is drop it or have it get knocked over. This allows me to securely store my sticks and still allow me easy access to them for when it's my turn to shoot. This item can be applied to most surfaces. It's better attached to higher ledges or taler tables that way the shaft end of the cue comfortable fits into the tubes. If the cue holder is too low the thicker part of the cues stretch and risk breaking the tubes. Great for securing and protecting your sticks.

Ideal Cue Holder
By Jim from , Tallahasseee, Fl on January 6, 2011
This cue holder works well for me. It works on all tables. Many of the places we play (APA) there are no cue holders. I only have two cues, however, some of my team members use mine. It is a little large and I had to modify it to fit in the pocket of my cue case...

I would recommend this item to a friend.

Portable pool cue holder
By Jim from Syracuse, New York on October 27, 2010
This is the third cue holder I have purchased from OZONE and the only problem I have is everyone who sees it wants to buy it. So at the end of the league season I sell it and buy another. It does a great job of keeping the sticks off the floor and makes them visible to the whole team so there are no mistakes about ownership. (and it does happen)

I would recommend this item to a friend.

nice clip
By Francis Leach from Dallas, Texas on September 1, 2010
having to replace my clip, my son ran off with my last one, (should have never shown that boy which end of the stick to use..) the Porper is a very nice clip, I highly recommend it to all.

Perfect for keeping cues safe and out of the way.
By Jack on June 9, 2010
No more worries about people tripping over my cues, and they are always just where I expect them, secure and out of the way. Will clamp to anything less than 2" thick whether it's vertical or horizontal.

By Robert on June 2, 2010
this is a great product..hold the cues tightly and in place

Great to keep from damaging your cue!!!

By Norman from Glen Burnie, Maryland on January 21, 2010
This is a great product. I bought two in case one gets stolen. I have had several people comment on how much they like it. The only thing I would like to see improved is the length of the screw so it closes completely. My bag has so many things I need that there is no room for the holder, so I secure it to the bag handle. If it closed completely, then it could be totally secured to your bag without having the possibility of falling off. I suggest you get either the 4 clip or 6 clip. The seperation in the cues makes it easier to grab your cue and returning it. Thrust me, the couple of extra bucks is well worth it.

Cue holder
By HANDE64 from Minnesota on November 19, 2009
This reasonably priced 4 place cue holder fits easily into my carrying case, keeps our cues readily available during play, and is very popular with members of both leagues that I play with.
Pros:
Fits most tables in bars. Doesn't take up any more space than a 2 cue holder
Cons:
Can crack if it's overtightened.
