INCREDIBLY BETTER

This chalk is light-years ahead of anything I've ever used. Sticky!

Absolutely Amazing!!
By Andy from San Diego on March 14, 2013
The chalk is worth the money. It last longer due to the fact you don't need to chalk as much. I am better at my Masse shots now, due to the grip. Amazing!!

I have used for 2 weeks and it is amazing. this stuff is awesome.
I get the ball control I want, the spin I need. This chalk does last a long
time. I have played a complete game of 8 ball with out having to chalk
No miscues. I have gone 2 games just to test it and still works perfect.
the chalk goes on soft and smooth.

using a kamui ss , on a gcore , and also using kamui gator grip.keep it up kamui.
just come down on price for 5 stars. and more colors.

Fantastic Stuff
By John from Chicago on February 13, 2013
Decided to be stupid and waste 30 bucks on some chalk.

It is truly incredible the amount of bite this chalk gets. It really makes all other chalks on the market seem like butter.

I don't think you waste any money either. I used to chalk before every shot. With this stuff you can chalk once every 3 games. It's like a high tech case of chalk in a cube.

Amazing.

PS...the idiot BRAD that rated it one star probably own's Master Chalk Company. What a troll you are BRAD.

possibly worth it...
By Alexander from Missoula, MT on February 9, 2013
well,..
i put a dollar in my cue bad each time i miscued, didn't take to terribly long to afford this chalk, and haven't had ANY troubles since,
it's a little soft, so it seems to run out pretty quick, which is something to consider, however, i fully recommend it.

Excellent quality
By TJM from Hoboken, NJ on February 9, 2013
Sticks to cue tip a long time, minimizing need for rechalking; not messy at all; lower deflection chalk. Would highly recommend.

Kamui Chalk
By Tom from Wichita Falls, Texas on January 25, 2013
It is very expensive for a cube of chalk no doubt. But as little as I use it one cube will last a long time. I chalk my cue so little I almost forget to do it. I have gone four games without chalking up and have yet to mis-cue. Awesome stuff!!

Kamui Chalk 0.98 - Blue 1pc
By Weed from PA on October 4, 2012
Definitely good chalk. Just can't justify the price to an average player. Has the feel of soapstone. Feels finer than Kamui Chalk 1.21. Made for top players that want extreme, consistent control. Holds extremely well, minimal tip wear, and cube will last a very long time. Though price may be a deterent, one cube might be worth the experience and make up your own mind. Cubes are smaller than most other chalk cubes, but tape can be wrapped around it to fit most pocket chalkers. If you use Kamui tips, definitely try Kamui chalk.

Worth the price
By Keith from Athens, GA on August 25, 2012
I tryed it as a novelty. Now, I use nothing else.
It stickes well to tip, it grabs the cue ball.
Your game will improve.

I have played as many as 4 games with 1 chaulking of the cue....and never miscued. I like to put a lot of spin on the cue.

Cost...yep, it ain't cheap. Maybe ridiculous, but what is 25-30 dollars over 4 months compared to the other stuff you do. If you want to continue playing like you do, continue using the cheap blue stuff, if you want your game to go up a notch...give it a try.

How much is a miscue worth to you????
By Robert Milane from Clayton,NJ on August 9, 2012
I have been using Kamui chalk for about 9 months and I play every day (2 teams, a straight pool league, a couple tourneys and 15-20 hours of practice a week) I am on my third piece of chalk and would say to anyone who questions the $100 or so a year, "What has a miscue cost you?" Have you ever lost out on the money in a tournament becasue you miscued or been playing for money and lost a set you had in the bag becasue of a miscue, How about missing out on a free trip to vegas becasue someone on your team miscued? This is the best chalk I have ever used and I will never go back. If you are still reluctant try this, for the next couple of months every time you miscue put a dollar in a pot and when you hit $30 buy a piece, do the same thing with the Kamui chalk and maybe get your self a cup of coffee in a year because that will be all you can afford for a dollar a miscue.

EXCELLENT CHALK - ALTHOUGH EXPENSIVE
By Clif from Honolulu, Hawaii on July 12, 2012
I've only had to chalk maybe once a game and it last. Interesting, combined I think with my new Kamui tip - I've had zero miscues as well.

Not worth the price
By Brad Kendall from Seabrook, TX on March 15, 2012
I had a Kamui tip installed on my shaft and based on internet information, the Kamui chalk was supposed to be a very good companion for the tip. What I have found is that it doesn't provide any benefits over my "normal" chalk, which is Masters. It coats fine, but it regularly leaves BIG blue dots on my cue ball. It doesn't provide any additional gripping action and is very expensive.

Brad.

Hustlin....
By Joe from Georgia on March 2, 2012
This chalk has to be the best performing chalk on the market! The chalk grain is fine almost to the point of it being a powder however it has a slight (can't feel it) oil texture that keeps it on your tip. Simply amazing! I can honestly say that I will use this chalk all the time every time now after trying it out, applying it to your tip is almost like painting it on apposed to scuffing at it like an eraser. One thing that I did notice is that as far as dimensions go, it isn't as tall as a standard piece of chalk i.e. Masters, Blue Diamond, etc. The only reason why I mention this is because I like to use a chalk holder and when using one you'll run into a fitment issue. To overcome this all you need to do it put a small piece of folded paper or plastic in the bottom of the holder under the chalk, this way it will sit flush with the top and look like any other ordinary piece of chalk. Get it while you can and use it every change you get before this gets banned in tourneys since it IS an unfair advantage!

Kamui Chalk
By Pamela from Tulsa, Oklahoma on February 6, 2012
I am a frugal person and thought, who in the world would spend so much money on one piece of chalk, right? I've always used Master's chalk and it worked just fine to me. Well, since I've read so much hype about this chalk I thought I would order some and try it out and see for myself what's so great about it. This Kamui chalk is unbelievable! I love this chalk! I had decided from the start that I would chalk my cue at the beginning of the game and not chalk again just to see if the chalk would hold. Not only did this chalk stay on my cue tip the whole game, I never miscued one time! AND I didn't chalk again until a few shots into my next game. Like I said, I have always used Masters chalk, and 99% of the time I would chalk after every shot, sometimes every other shot, so I wouldn't miscue, but there is a definite difference between Masters chalk and Kamui chalk. I don't know what it is, but Kamui is definitely better. I have to say I now guard my chalk like a hawk. No one, and I mean no one, is going to take my chalk off the table or off my person. I did let one of my teammates try the Kamui chalk on his cue and he was amazed that he didn't have to chalk after every shot and now wants to order Kamui chalk. SO, without further ado, I am now a Kamui chalk user! No more Masters chalk for me! I am hooked on Kamui. I have a ton of Masters chalk that I will be leaving on tables at the pool hall or giving to friends to get rid of it, cause all I need now is my Kamui chalk! I am so glad I ordered this chalk to try out. Thank you Kamui for this wonderful chalk!

Great stuff
By curt fox from Emporia KS on February 3, 2012
Was very skeptical when I first heard of this chalk but now i use it with confidence. I did shoot several games without rechalking but Prefer to just touch up the tip as I play. Rechalked a lot less I can't say it's price is justified but it is as good as Master chalk. If you are a player who puts chalk on like you're drilling for oil, this is probably not your chalk. If you paint or brush it on, it will serve you better. So far, after two weeks, I like it. It seems to blend okay with master chalk.
