better than average quality but misses the mark

This is a reasonably well made table and ozone's pricing on this was incredible. Just check the other sites this table goes for more than twice the price. The pucks are well supported by two fans, the electronic ltimer/score keeper works and adds a lot of fun to the game. The one problem with this unit is the puck does not stay on the table for very long. My eight year old son who loves air hockey and his sixteen year old brother and his friends have to resort to playing a slower paced game to try to keep the puck on this table. I contacted Ozone customer support and they were fantastic! Best I've ever dealt with in any industry.

Your Ozone Billiards Air Hockey table is warranted to be free from all
defects in material and workmanship. The warranty is granted only to the
original purchaser. The 3 year warranty is subject to the following limitations
and exclusions:

Motors, electronics, and internal supports system: Guaranteed to be free from
splitting or cracking.
Limitations and Exclusions:
Improper care - Please use care and treat your table like the fine product it
is. Proper care and use are essential to preserving your rights under this
warranty. Ozone Billiards will not repair parts if improper maintenance or
improper use causes damage. This warranty does not apply if your air hockey
table is damaged by the use of detergents, abrasives, or other harsh cleaning
agents.
Accidents, Abuse, or Normal Wear and Tear:
Defects judged by Ozone Billiards to be the result of normal wear and tear,
accidental damage, alteration, misuse, abuse (including burning, scratches,
scuffs, or watermarks), neglect, or natural calamity (flood, fire, earthquake)
are not covered under this warranty.
This warranty does not require the replacement of the entire table but does
cover the repair or replacement of any defective parts as stated herein.
In the event of a defect in materials or workmanship, notification of the defect
should be made through an Authorized Dealers or Agents. Defective parts should
be returned to Ozone Billiards, freight prepaid. Ozone Billiards will inspect
the parts. If they are determined to be defective they will be repaired or
replaced and returned, prepaid, by conventional surface freight. The labor cost
to replace or repair the defective parts should be the sole responsibility of
the owner.
This warranty is not transferable by the original owner. The foregoing warranty
is in lieu of all other warranties, express or limited. Ozone Billiards neither
assumes nor authorized any person to assume from Ozone Billiards any other
obligation or liability in connection with said billiard table. This warranty
gives you specific legal rights.
