I would recommend this item to a friend. It's a McDermott. Martin from La Grande, OR on January 5, 2011 I ordered this cue for a friend that I has been learning the sport. This cue helped her realize the difference in feel from cheap cues to a quality cue.
The shaft that came with the cue was flawed, but Ozone Billiards was quick to make it right.
This was my first order with Ozone, and I will certainly order again.
It takes a lot for a product to get even 4 stars from me, so don't be scared from the lack of the 5th. If you add Ozone's customer service, the 5th gets lit up, but this is a product review after all.
