Easy to put together, but I wouldn't put my beater (cheap) cues in it. The rings that hold the cues have ridges on them that will damage your cues. I solved this problem by wrapping small strips of felt around them. I guess you could sand or file them also!
On the flip side, Ozone Billards customer service gets a 5 star rating! Even though I wasn't satisfied with this particular product, I will shop there again!

This item came extremely easy to assemble and looks classey. I did think that it was a bit pricey for a metal cue rack that is simply brass in color. Overall its still a fair purchase.
