I love the pool table cover, It was a big hit with my loved one whom I purchased it for. I referred our neighbor/friend, she like the idea for her loved one and order one as well. I was just disappointed in the lack of knowledge customer service had when I ask about tracking the merchandise and shipping. I was told it comes from many wherehouse and they had no idea which one it was coming from. I got the item the day of Valentines day and order and paid for it on February 1, 2012.
