this stick was purchased for my husband to use on a deployment so he doesnt have to take his really expensive ones...He said its perfect for the price point and would def recommend it!

I started browsing through Minnesota Fats Cues because I wanted a stick that i could take to bars and other places with six and seven foot tables to shoot with that wasn't my expensive viking. I also needed a new breakstick with Phenolic tips being made illegal for APA leagues but didn't want to overspend. So I picked up this model to try and it arrived today. I promptly took it out for test run of about 20 racks both breaking and playing, and this is a wonderfully solid cue. The shaft is straight and very solid. The joint is tight but smooth. The overlay image of Fats is very well done, and the solid tip on the end is very well shaped and holds good chalk. It is a little different than playing with a layered tip, but this stick is great for players who want to be good but not break the bank. A definite five star vote.
