like volume 1 the main problem with this dvd is taht it is way to short. i did how ever learn a few good moves that i have not seen in other material. i am glad i watched it but as a dvd it is very short so i wish i had gotten more for my money.

Mike Video comes up short
By john from Phila PA on March 5, 2010

As an admirer of Mika I was greatly disappointed in the video. Mika shoots a lot of incredible shots while a narrator talks about a total different shot that will be in the lesson. There is no connection and the shots that Mika demonstrates are not really explained, unless you painstakingly try to relate them to the video. Then the lessons are given with diagrams, with a narrator explaining (not Mika), some of which are then demonstrated by Mika but not consistently. Not nearly as good as lots of other training videos that are out there. I returned it.
Excellent!!!
