So I have been playing pool since young when my father gave me and my siblings are pool table for christmas it was so much fun. I finally got really good but I got tired of playing house cues at pool halls. And I had 40 dollars cues and stuff I recently purchas this Players cue amazing how beautiful it looks shoots perfect even when I'm losing. I feel like cool hand luke with this cue the best service ever from Ozone billiards. Next on my list is skinny shaft. By the way I have everybody now trying to learn pool.
Even my friend bought a cue from here recently now he thinks he beat me....... Ha NEVER.

This is my first cue, typically borrowed from friends or used 'house' cues before. Finish is excellent, cue feels great in hand and shoots smoothly. Went with 19oz and finding it a good weight. Feature for dollar, it came out ahead of many other cues in the $100-125 range.

All HXT cues are nice cues. They lack in design, but I don't buy a cue based on looks. The shaft is extremely light, so the deflection is naturally low. Over my 9ft table on average deflection was around 1 inch, but the best thing about this cue and the shaft in particular was the consistancy when judging English and speed. Its partly down to the tip, which is a Kamui Black M. I'm used to a Kamui Black SS, but with the standard M on this cue you still get great action on the cue ball, but you don't sacrifice the ability to judge each shot with amazing consistency. The finish on the shaft (if there is any) is so smooth and slick that I don't think anyone would have to wear a glove, even in hot sticky humid conditions.

One last thing for UK buyers, you will have to pay Customs Taxes and VAT on the item once it has cleared UK Customs. It isn't expensive though. You won't have to pay more than £30. But I looked everywhere to buy a Players cue in the UK and failed, so its worth it.

The cue looks much nicer than pictured and is in prime condition. It took me two days of practice, half hour each, to get accustomed to the Maui black soft tip on draw shots, but now find it plays very well. I am very satisfied with the cue and Ozone's service.
