I was surprised when my shaft arrived ( too fast) in like 3 business days. The shaft is smooth, clean and steady. I play competively and this shaft is great i really recommend this product. Getting another shaft with a different tip hardness is the way to go. Medium tip when my stroke isn't "on". When I'm shooting well, soft tip allows me more control with leaves

I purchased a extra shaft for my players cue ! It fits perfict. I would have liked to have a shaft that matches the first shafts marking. When I purchaced the cue it was only offered with one matching shaft! " SO " I Had to buy the extra shaft without matching markings. The shaft I received is a very good pice of wood. I personally like the maple wood with a good Quallity Medium-Hard Leather Tip! They give you a very hard pice tip!!!!! "SO" I will have to change the tip! I can control the snaping the cue ball with a medium Much more accurately.

I loved it! When I got it, it was perfect. It fit my stick perfectly and it came with the right tip that I wanted and I was just really happy about it! Sometimes, when you buy a stick, some parts of the varnish is off of it and it has a bit of a rough feel to it, but this one was perfect, it was straight, and it is just awesome!
