I found the drills to be fine, but the video quality was "amaturish". I would also have liked to been given better explanation on how to execute some of the shots shown. I am not sure who is a good audience for this video. For a relative beginner like myself, it lacked instruction, and for a pro, the drills seemed pretty mundane, although, probably necessary to be a great player.

Excellent Drills! The intermediate player will be challenged for a long long time with these drills. Even the Pro's will find these very challenging and will definately improve anyone's game.
