Best low deflection shaft money can buy! By Joseph from , on June 23, 2012 This shaft has made my Viking Cue a lights out player! Super low deflection and dead accurate this shaft is a force to be reckoned with. When I purchased this shaft I opted for Ozone Billiards tip change option. Dead even on the ferrule, from the factory smooth on the sides and the tip was even dime shaped to boot! (my preference) along with the purchase, I will definitely be using this option next time as well! Thank you Ozone Billiards for your great service!
I would recommend this item to a friend. Definitely worth it By Adam from Ashley, PA on June 5, 2011 I was shooting with a stock Viking shaft for about 2 years, and decided I wanted to invest in a better shaft. Don't get me wrong, the Viking stock it just fine, but this...wow. Having never shot with a top-tier shaft before, this just brought my game to the next level. This shaft MAKES balls go in, it seems. The control is incredible. It has an extremely nice taper. The only downside is if you're not used to Euro tapers it may be hard to get used to, and also there is a VERY small overhang at the joint (about 1/16")
I would recommend this item to a friend. So So Smooth By Corky from Chicago,Il on May 14, 2011 This Predator Shaft feels so smooth it glides through my fingers. It feels as though I,m playing with one hand on the butt of the cue only. Money well spent.
I would recommend this item to a friend. The Z 2nd is a very fine shaft By Nathan from St. Louis, MO on January 14, 2010 Now mind you, it takes a bit getting used to the smaller tip size if you've been playing with the standard 13mm tip. But once you do, watch out! I did notice when using english it does not squirt near as much and the english seems to be increased from the standard Viking shaft. The only con I have with it, is at the joint end of the shaft. The Predator shaft is a slightly smaller diameter than the Viking butt, leaving a little lip where the shaft and butt mate up. Other than that, its GREAT!
