Excellant cleaner and re-useable. Probably the best that I have used in decades. Real smooth feel after a couple of minutes.

This is the best shaft conditioner I have ever tried PERIOD! Fair price, much larger than other similar products, easy to use, works as advertised. I didn't have a problem with water absorbing into the foam like the other reviewer but I just hold it under the faucet and scrub with the green side (scotch bright) of a sponge...I did not submerge in water. Press between 2 paper towels and it was as dry as can be. This is a must have item for anyone that wants to have a smooth shaft!

I only use the M8 pad to remove scratches from my pool cue shaft as it is slightly abrasive. However when I do need it - it works great!!

Never having used a conditioner pad or abrasive before on my shaft (Predator Z2), I was afraid of taking off too much or damaging the finish. But let me tell you, this is astonishing. After just 5 or so strokes on the dark side and 5 or so on the light side, the shaft was easily the slickest shaft I've ever seen. After treating the shaft with this and the Q-Wiz, and finishing it off with the Porper Polisher, I can't believe I've ever played without these things. Definitely, definitely worth getting.

Good Results, Annoying Pad

I like the results from this pad, but when you wash it off, the foam in the center seems to retain water. When I use it a week or two later, it still has a wet feel to it. I would recommend the Q-wiz instead. Of course if you are like me, it is nice to have as many little gadgets as possible.

Love the fact that you can rinse it off and it does not wear out. The 3200 grit is just that, 3200 so it almost feels perfectly smooth. Definitely a nice item for final polishing but you may also want to invest in an item that is slightly rougher if you need serious cleaning.
