Sil Kleen 10 oz Bottle

I was turned on to this product about 10 years ago and have never looked back. Works great at cleaning the entire shaft from tip to joint collar. I have even found that it will even do a good job burnishing the edge of a tip replacing it.

I purchased this restore a couple of my more experienced cues (though they were kept in good shape), and to keep all of my cues clean. I am very satisfied and the product treats my shafts well. My G-Core in particular seems to accumulate chalk stain moreso than my others, but the Sil Kleen makes it look brand new, and in quick fashion...both the ferrule and the shaft. 10oz will last me a long time, but I will likely purchase this product again when the time comes.

Basically I bought this for my ferrule 'cause I already have some liquid shaft cleaner/smoother, but since this one was the only ferrule cleaner that I can find in Ozone Billiards and it cleans both, I figured I would get it and not worry about getting more for a long time. It does clean both ferrule and shaft very nicely, but I admit it leaves the shaft feeling a little sandy, so I wipe the stick with my "stick smoother" cloth. To my pleasant surprise, though, this stuff not only cleans chalk and residue on your cue stick, I fooled around and tested it on my ice cooler (bought from a yard sale) that had someone else' name written on it by a marker, it took the name off very easily and now even it looks brand new! I recommend this for a long time pool shooter, not ideal for someone who doesn't shoot much unless Ozone Billiards sells smaller bottles. Worth the price, in the long run.

I REPLACE TIPS EVERY DAY FOR MY LOCAL PLAYERS AND WHEN REPLACING TIPS i ALSO CLEAN SHAFTS AND FERRULES TO COMPLETE THE JOB. TO DO THAT THERES ONLY ONE CLEANER TO USE...SIL KLEEN! NOTHING WORKS BETTER AT REMOVING SWEAT,CHALK AND DIRT FROM SHAFTS AND FERRULES THAN SIL KLEEN! I BOUGHT A BOTTLE A YEAR AGO AND STILL HAVE SOME TO USE BECAUSE IT TAKES JUST A SMALL AMOUNT TO DO A VERY GOOD JOB!

Sil Kleen works fast and easy to clean the shaft and ferrule of black marks, chalk and dirt. It didn't harm the cue's finish or the ferrule. Sil Kleen works better than anything I've used, and required very little effort.

If you are a serious player that wants to keep your shaft and ferrule clean and smooth, Sil Kleen is a great product. The large bottle is expensive but will last for many years. The small 1 oz. bottle lasted for two years with a monthly cleaning.

You need to buy Cue Silk to apply after you clean the cue. If you use baby powder, chalk or a glove for a smooth glide, you do not need the Cue Silk. I play with clean hands only so the Cue Silk is a must.

To put it simply, it removes dirt in grime like no other cleaner. Then leaves the shaft feeling silky smooth. It cant be beat.

I use this on my cue on a regular basis to remove the amazing amount of chalk and grime that builds up on it
during play. Does a fantastic job and leaves your shaft silky smooth and ready to shoot. All my friends use it as
well and like it as much as I do. Doesn't take much to get the job done so I expect this bottle to last for a long time.

Sil Kleen is a great cue shaft cleaner. One application made my cues look new. I hadn't realized just how dirty a few of my cues had become. I have a thirty year old cue that looked thirty years old. it's not as liquid as you think!!! it looks and feels like a conditioner and it cleans fast too!!! wanna see your ferrule and shaft as if it was new? less than 30 seconds using this one and you'll get the results you want... and it's cheap too!!!

cleaned up my old cue to almost new condition! this stuff really does what it says it does.
