Trouble Shooter 48 Short Cue ~ XLNT
By Eugene from Clovis, CA on February 9, 2013

This Trouble Shooter 48 short cue allows for perfect shots where clearance prohibits the use of a full size 58 cue. This cue is weighted properly, so it feels like a regular shooting stick. Its nice to have short cues in 42, 48 and 52 for those close quarters shots close to the rails where an adjacent object makes it impossible to use a standard cue. The cue is made by Palason of Montreal Canada in China.

Good enough to use all the time
By Tom from , Colorado Springs Co. on January 26, 2013

This cue comes in at 19 ozs. Nice weight and feel, so good in fact, that I use it all of the time, instead of my 58 inch cue. I dont need to use a short cue except in a few spots around the table, but I find that this cue performs almost as well as a 21oz. 58in. cue. So well that I do use it all of the time except for breaks when I do use the 58 incher. This is a big boys cue. The Sneeky Peet weighted cue comes in at 17oz. and is also a nice cue but has nothing on this Trouble Shooter cue except that it is a two piece cue and the Trouble Shooter is a one piece. Big difference between 17oz. and 19oz. This is best for an adult than a child.

Good Quality for the price
By JM from Lewis Center, OH on December 21, 2012

I was surprised by the good quality of the Trouble Shooter cue I bought for my grand sons. They are age 7 and 8 and just too small to handle a full size cue. The Trouble shooter cue I bought (burgundy) has a really nice quality shaft and ferrule/tip for the money, and the wrap is well done, and looks like my other Irish Linen wraps. The weight and balance are really nice too. Highly recommend.

By Paul from Knoxville, TN on September 24, 2012

The room where my table is has a few spots where full length cue shots are difficult. This cue easily addressed that. Also, its handy for younger players.

Good hit...good for the kids too!
By Stephen from Spring Grove, IL on April 30, 2012

Good for the job. Decent hit. Also nice for my 10 year old daughter and her friends, as full length cues are unweldy for them at their size.

bret's 48" cue stick
By Bret from Mt Prospect, IL on April 6, 2012

Most shots on my table can be with the full-size 58" cue. Then for some angles go down to the 52" trouble-shooter stick. There are very few spots where this short 48" stick is needed. But when needed, it's the perfect size and weighted heavily enough to give a steady shot.

No trouble here
By Stef from Northern California on February 24, 2012

Not much to say other than its like a quality house stick but shorter. The balanced weight is what makes it so great. 48" is as short as I could go while having the stick still feel normal with my stroke.
I would recommend this item to a friend.
Nice weighted cue
By Debbie from Santa Barbara, CA on February 21, 2012

Just was I was looking forward, reasonable price, nice cue, usually feel like a short cue throws off your shot but with good weighting it makes it feel like a full-sized cue. When you have a tight spot and need a shorter cue, I would highly recommend this.

Truly What I Expected
By BX from Chantilly, VA on January 4, 2012

I came up with oZone website by searching 48" cue online. Since the website is not very familiar to me, I just said to myself to give it a try even it may end up with not a very good one. But after I got it and used it in my tight space on one side, it proved it is a very good one with the feel of regular cue.
The price, package, and shipping were all very good. Thank you.
I would recommend this item to a friend.
solid quality
By Joe from Arizona on January 3, 2012

unlike most "shorty cues" this has a solid feel to it. I have 1 corner where I am unable to use a standard length cue. using this I can hardly tell the difference. would definately recomend

Great cue when you need a good really short cue
By Phil from Atlanta, GA on January 1, 2012

There are some shots that we can't easly use a full length cue and this is the perfect substitute.
We can use the 52" for 90% of the difficult shots and bought the 48" for the very occasional straight up against the cushion shots.
Good cue and great price for what is delivered.
I would recommend this item to a friend.
Gets The Job Done
By Fourtatz from Barberton, Ohio on December 24, 2011

Much better than breaking down a jump/break 3 piece cue because of the way it's weighted. It gives you a more natural feel than a stick without the butt or a cut down cue. I'd highly recommend it, especially at the price.
I would recommend this item to a friend.
Works perfectly for close quarters
By Tod from , on December 14, 2011

Greatly little cue - - it allows us to work around one little tight spot . . . and we don't even mind hanging on to it for a few more shots in the open.

The 48" shooter is the right answer to my somewhat cramped area for my full size table. Can't beat thetool for the price!

Great cue - works excellent!!
By L Susan from Nokomis, FL on September 10, 2011

We have a smaller room so on the ends we needed this shorter cue. Truly feels as though you have a full length cue in hand, and it has a substantial thickness to the handle. Not like those other cheap ones that feel like you're holding air. GREAT PIECE!! Highly recommend for when you have a smaller area.
I would recommend this item to a friend.
Trouble Shooter, 48" Cue
By Frank D. from Pittsburgh, PA on August 7, 2011

This is a really good product. I needed a short cue, because of the size of the room that my table is in. The part that impresses me the most, is that it has the feel and balance of a full length cue stick.

Nice shorty
By Jon from Darien , IL on March 22, 2011

Good weight on this cue. Takes a few hits to get used to the feel of it but is definitely better than any other short stick I've played with. The butt end feels fatter in diameter than a normal cue but I think it helps out with controlling the cue.
I would recommend this item to a friend.

Great stick for the price
By Mike from Tulsa, Oklahoma on January 20, 2011

I purchased the cue because I have a space limitation in my pool room, and my old 48" was kind of "cheezy". I am very happy with the Trouble Shooter and would recommend it to anyone who might need a shorter cue. It is weighted, to make it feel like a full length cue.

I received these cues on time and in great condition today. For the money I was leery about ordering them but after reading the reviews (which were spot on by the way) I went ahead and ordered two. I was very happy to find out that they were an impressive quality product. Ozone Billiards should be added to your favorites list folks, order away!

Great Cue
By Debra from Sugar Land, TX on April 11, 2010

I needed a small cue, due to my room being just barely fitting a 6' table. I didn't want a child's cue stick due to the decreased weight. This was the perfect cue for using in the tightest spots. Absolutely love it! Glad I found searched this website!

By dave from casa grande, az on September 23, 2009

This is a great range of cues if you have limited space around your table. Well made and look good, weighted with great balance. I have eight in sizes from 24" thr 48".
Okay I should have bought a smaller table! Great cue for the kids, you can choose the right size. Ozone must have the best price on the internet and free shipping.
Pros:
looks the part, weighted well balanced and a great price at Ozone (half of what others were charging).Cons:
48" is so good I forget to use a full size cue!I would recommend this item to a friend.
