The Ultimate Pool Challenge Game

Remember the basketball game "Horse"? You make a shot and then challenge your opponent to make the same shot......this is the pool table version of the game! Different cards describe different shots that the players have to make, each player tries to make the shot....easier ones get less points than harder ones, of course. But even the "easy" shots are not gimmes though! Fun game.......but is best suited for intermediate to advanced players. Little over priced for, basically, a deck of cards, but then again, think of the various shots on the cards like a list of the "must shots" that you ought to be practicing anyway....then it's like a series of lessons on a deck of cards....makes the the price seem a little better!

Bought this for a friend, he really seems to enjoy it. He says he used it to practice shots quite a bit, and i've noticed improvement in his game.

This card set makes for great practice drills and is a fun game to shoot with friends. Price is the only thing keeping it from a 5 star rating as I feel it's a bit much for the item.

This a great and fun game to practice your skills and work on your leaves. There are a lot of shots on these cards that come up in games all the time and the cards tell you what kind of english is needed to get the cue where it needs to be for the next shot. Very fun!

interesting little game for you and a buddy. but nothing more than one evening of activity.

Purchased for my step son. Just getting serious about pool. Really seemed to like and enjoy the different aspects of the game. Also that the deck could be used for a regular card game.

I just started to play pool and this was great. I learn a lot of english just from this.

I was a little disappointed. It is really just the size of a standard deck of cards, no frills.
The games challenges are fun, nice concept. I think it should be priced aroung 8.95 or so, imo.

for a "starter" game, it's got some shots that even people who understand english and position to an extent won't be able to figure out.

This simple deck of cards has caused me to think . . . Not only on the pool table but when waiting at tournaments or sitting at home. Thanks to these cards I am starting to see more creative solutions to position play and when I need a break they double as playing card. So, whether improving your game or just relaxing and playing solitare or poker, this is a great product.

Fun game with friends ore pratice differnt shots by yourself. Could have a fue more harder shots. would give it a 5 but price is a little high. All around a good prouduct.

This game is a great tool for learning position, speed and english but trying to see the dot on the card is very hard for us older folks with limited eyesight. They should have a larger illusration on the card for the dot to be viewed. Other than that it is a fun game with a lot of learning potential..

You couldn't ask for a better way to practice. I have in fact recommended this to a friend and they love it as well. Very usefull and as the name states, Challenging. I would give it 10 stars if they were available!

This game provides several different shots that actually you will find while playing pool. Making a game of it helps to set up specifics to practice with friends and then the shots are much easier when playing in leagues. It helps those less experienced who have issues when trying to make shots and helps those experienced to practice basic and more difficult shots.

The card game from Ozone Billiards has given me, my wife, and several neighbour friends insights into just some of the many different kinds of "special shots" and combinations that can be utilized in pool and billiards. The deck has literally given us hours of fun with the game that reach well beyond the game itself. To anyone reading this review, it is definitely worth the purchase. When you think you know it "all" about pool and billiards, just take a 'gander' at this book!

This is the coolest game I've found in a while. It also works well as a drill excercise within itself. Very clear on how to set up shots and what objectives are to be met with each excercise. Really beats the monontony of repetitive drills. Give it a shot. You won't be sorry.

This is perfect for having a couple of people over and spicing up the billiard room. The challenges are broken down in a simple points system. The more points..... the harder the challenge. This is also a great for drilling your fundamentals. I highly recommend this item.
