The felt was beautiful. We were first time home installers and found the instructions that accompanied the order slightly lacking. There was no clearly defined examples of bumper corner installation and we messed up a couple. We would recommend that you replace the bumper corners when you order the cloth. Ours stuck out from the previous installer's glue and had a hard time on extreme bumper corners. Otherwise installation went smoothly. Cloth stretches nicely AND plays fast and smooth.

First off I want to say thanks to Ozone. I ordered the 7ft section of cloth but they ran out and their system didn't update. So they sent the 8ft section instead at the 7ft price so my order still arrived on time! This is beautiful felt, plays great, has wonderful action and I have absolutely no complaints. Easily installed it and began playing as soon as the glue dried (didn't take long with 3m glue). Masse's and Jumps as well as hard breaks do not leave overly distinguished marks or scuffs on the felt. Weather changes do not seem to effect this brand as noticeably as others I have played on either. Awesome product!

I'm very happy with this cloth. I really appreciate that the pieces were already cut for the rails and that the "good" side was marked with a sticker on all pieces. Also, when I was installing the cloth and was concerned with creases that were showing (the fabric was folded for shipment) I called customer service and spoke to a young woman (Megan?) and she assured me the folds would not show upon completion. And she was right! It looks beautiful.
