The Savannah 8 Foot Pool Table Birch Brown Walnut will be the center of attraction in any game room. Featuring Solid wood Construction, this table is designed to offer supreme playability and elite quality. No MDF, particleboard or other artificial materials are used in the exterior craftsmanship or construction of our tables. The multi-step finishing process, which includes petroleum-based stains applied by hand and sealed with catalyzed varnish, brings out the natural luster and beauty of the wood grain. This finish is impervious to water rings and resistant to cue scuffs, ball marks and perils of day-to-day use. The rails are bolted through the slate by a two-piece T-nut rail design at 3 separate points on each rail, giving the table maximum ball response. The "Ultimate Response" K-66 cushions are professionally built to meet or exceed BCA tournament specifications. Both the cabinet and slate beams are a 1-1/2" minimum thickness, providing strength to the already resilient and rigid unified body design and boast. The three-piece 1" slate is cut to a precision fit with a solid wood slate support frame bonded to the underside of each slate piece. While the legs add aesthetic value, the triple-anchor leg support also has exceptional weight bearing capability. This table also includes a deluxe accessories kit, which offers standard items like pool balls, ball racks and pool cues as well as a do it yourself repair cue tip kit. From the tally bottle and tally balls to the instructional book, this kit has everything you need to enjoy your pool table. I ordered a Savannah 8 Foot Pool Table Birch Brown Walnut Table from Ozone on the 3rd of October 2023. They ran me through the process sent me an email needing some information from me and said this could be five to 7 weeks before installation. It was installed on December 2nd Which is slightly over that estimate but everything went flawlessly and everyone was very easy to deal with. I am very happy with the quality of the table and I look forward to using it for years to come. If I had any critique with ozone themselves I would say they could answer their phone a little more often but other than that they were easy to work with and they really do sell a quality product. This was our first purchase with Ozone, and the table itself is beautiful. I have absolutely no criticisms and am thrilled now that we finally have our table. That said, my review only earns 4/5 stars because we had significant issues with Customer Service at Ozone. There were some issues with shipping and handling of our order and the play "kit" that came with it was not initially the correct one. Trying to reach someone at Ozone was extremely difficult and exceedingly frustrating for myself as well as the 2 companies that were trying to figure out how to handle getting our table delivered to me (due to a mixup with Fedex). Everything did work out, special thanks to JP for getting all this taken care of quickly. My only comment here to Ozone is that there is a clear need for improved front-end customer service. People are spending a lot of money on these purchases and customers expect a level of service to match their investment. Again, JP went above and beyond to take care of our order issues, and we are thrilled with the final result, but the in-between was tough and an experience that we wished had been spared.
