Can you special order products not found on the website?

What is Ozone's return policy?

We allow products to be returned within 90-days as long as it is unused and in its original condition with some exemptions. Pool Cues and Shafts must be returned within 30-days to receive a full refund and larger items such as pool tables and bars cannot be returned once delivered.
