Warranty and Care:

As with many surfaces, the coating on the surface of this shaft can be affected by solvents and harsh chemicals. We recommend carbon fiber cleaning wipes or a clean damp cloth to clean the shaft only please do not use any kind of abrasive material because it will void the warranty by damaging the protective coating. For warranty and repair please contact us directly to find an authorized repair center.

*Whyte Carbon Shafts warranty is void if used with cues that have an aluminum pin. Ignoring this could led to potential damage, material degradation, or suboptimal performance. If you are unsure of your pin material, you can check using a magnet—if the magnet does not stick, you have an aluminum pin which is not compatible. If the magnet sticks, you have a steel pin which is compatible.
