I had it customized with some special characters that came out perfectly! Large print. Easy to read. The shaft holes on the top that you open get kind of stuck on my joint protectors, so I need to lift the top a bit to open but I guess that’s a good thing? So they don’t jostle around in the bag… This is my first time having such a large case (usually 1butt/1shaft) so it feels heavy but that’s to be expected and I can fit more. The top pocket is actually square not triangular as in the picture but this I prefer. The bottom pocket has a lot of space, but zipper is not on the front as in the picture but around the side of the pocket. If you can deal with that like I can, this is a great item. Sturdy exterior with leather like material and soft padded interior. Back hooks are plastic with a comfortable adjustable strap. The middle handle is in an odd position where the bottom is heavy and this when holding, it is not level but at an angle… Again, a minor annoyance. Overall I give it 4.5 stars round to 5.

Great bag for the price. Unfortunately, I use a 30in shaft & it does not fit, especially if you use joint protectors.

This is a nice case. The only thing I would change is the top pocket where you put extras I would make it a little bit bigger other than that serves a purpose.
