Ozone shipped this cue with honey stain bottom and a maple top end which looks gross. I didn't even order this cue. Now they want me to pay too ship it back. Customer service yielded zero results in resolution to the problem.

perfest stick, only thing i dont like is the female part on the stick to screw it together is wooden not metal and i really dont trust that but hopefully it'll hold up for a good long time, other than that i like it alot

This is a great cue if you are getting into pool and don't know how much you are will to spend. I've been playing pretty competitively for about a year now and wanted something better than a house cue. I bought this cue and it looks great, shoots good and has helped me a lot. I plan on using this cue for a very long time and am very pleased.
