No. Ozone Billiards is an online only retailer. If you are hesitant to make that purchase without first seeing it in person, don't worry about it. Can you special order products not found on the website?

Do you ship internationally?

What is Ozone's return policy?

We allow products to be returned within 90-days as long as it is unused and in its original condition with some exemptions. Pool Cues and Shafts must be returned within 30-days to receive a full refund and larger items such as pool tables and bars cannot be returned once delivered.
